We specialize in tree care, especially at high altitudes, garden maintenance, and landscaping project design.
We offer services primarily in Mallorca and the rest of the Balearic Islands, focusing on providing personalized, high-quality service for each project.
Our History
History of Visió Paisatgística
Martí Pallicer Seguí founded Visió Paisatgística in 2025, after extensive experience in various companies in Mallorca specializing in garden maintenance and tree pruning. He holds several accredited degrees in gardening and landscaping, including a degree in Gardening and Floristry , a Higher Technician in Landscaping and Rural Environment , and also has two years of university training in a Higher Technician in Agricultural Engineering .
With seven years of work experience dedicated to the maintenance and management of green spaces, Martí has established a network of expert freelancers, each specialized in the different tasks we offer.

Projects
Description of the projects carried out in 2025 by Visió Paisatgística
Design and Execution of the Landscaping project:
Garden in Pollença
We designed a custom 100 m² garden for a client who needed a creeping green roof, ensuring panoramic views from the pool. After measuring the site, we drew up several plans and proposals for the client to choose from. With the advice of a professional landscaper, we selected plants with varied textures, adapted to the Mediterranean climate and soil conditions. We developed the design in one week and, in four days, completed the installation: we installed the drip irrigation system and planted the chosen species, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing, functional, and low-maintenance garden.
High-altitude pruning and development project for palm and pine trees: Can Queto
In collaboration with another gardening company, we contributed our experience in high-altitude pruning to a landscaping project on a property in Selva. We removed dead leaves from the palm trees and cleaned the bark, leaving the rings visible. We thinned and raised the canopy of the pines, assessing the risk of branch fall and adjusting their height to ensure light reached the planters placed under their shade. We also handled the treatment of plant debris from the pruning.
Garden Maintenance: Villa Golf
At this Villa Golf villa, we provide ongoing annual maintenance of the property with a team of two professionals, each working three hours a week. We mow and aerate the lawn, clean the surrounding woodland, and maintain the pool area, including the filtration system.
We also manage hedge and tree pruning, inspect and repair drip irrigation and sprinklers, and ensure the optimal operation of the high-pressure irrigation system.
Plant setting for a short film in the Sierra de Tramuntana
For this photography assignment for a short film shot in the Tramuntana Mountains, we provided plant material to stage a forest and a car accident with broken branches and large trunks. We extracted holm oak, mastic, and reed from our pre-designed area in La Vall de'n Marc (Ca'n Llobera estate, a government-funded project), transported them to the filming set, and positioned the elements to achieve a natural, realistic, and safe setting.
Cleaning of the municipal lot , Pollença
On this occasion, we were tasked with clearing a plot of land overrun by climbing weeds near a derelict house. We cleared the vegetation completely, loaded and removed the debris with our own trailer, and applied a specific chemical treatment to control regrowth and prevent the weeds from quickly returning.
